This evening, the Mahopac Falls Volunteer Fire Department proudly recognized several members for their continued dedication and service to our community.

John Mulvaney and Bill Lindsey were officially sworn in as New York State Fire Police Officers. Fire Police play an essential role at emergency scenes by assisting with traffic control, scene safety, and protecting both responders and the public while operations are underway. We thank John and Bill for stepping into this important role and continuing their commitment to the department and the community.

The department also recognized Mike Kilker for an incredible 50 years of service to the Mahopac Falls Volunteer Fire Department. Reaching this milestone reflects decades of dedication, sacrifice, and commitment to protecting our community. Members like Mike represent the tradition, experience, and leadership that help keep our department strong.

Please join us in congratulating John, Bill, and Mike on these well-deserved recognitions and thanking them for their service.
