Slick conditions to blame for MVA rollover with vehicle fire

During the early morning hours of February 9th, 2016 Mahopac Falls Fire Dept and EMS were dispatched to the area of 622 Route 6N for a report of a MVA rollover with vehicle fire. 19-9-4 arrived on scene confirming a fully involved vehicle fire with all occupants out of the vehicle. 19-2-1 arrived on scene shortly thereafter and started extinguishing the blaze while the two patients were in care of Mahopac Falls EMS and Transcare Medic # 3. Due to a ruptured fuel tank, a foam operation was set up, and a tanker requested to the scene. Blaze was extinguished and the patients were transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
