Last night, after a busy day of calls, Members made their way to the Putnam County Fire Training Center for our weekly drill.

Once at the FTC, members were divided into teams with members from different companies. During the drill, our members focused on hose line advancement for car fires as well as propane tank fires.

Each team was able to participate in the scenarios numerous times which gave them multiple opportunities to practice different skills. While on air, our members were also able to practice their radio communication skills and learned about the importance of teamwork with members they wouldn’t usually be paired with.
