Another busy morning at Station 1. Members arrived at their perspective companies around 9 am to inspect and clean their vehicles and tools.

The probationary members went over our Scottâ„¢ Air-Paks with Captain Ward. During this session Capt. Ward went over the various parts, their functions, and their importance, as well as how to turn them on and off. He also talked about the PASS alarm which is a distress alarm system designed to notify rescuers and other firefighters both audibly and visually if a Firefighter needs help.

Once our Sunday morning truck checks were complete, Lieutenant Scagnelli hosted another successful hands-on Aerial Stabilization Training. During this training, the members focused primarily on stabilizing techniques on multiple terrains.
