On Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at approximately 6 pm the Mahopac Falls Dive Team was summoned by the Cold Spring Fire Department to Little Stony Point Park for a lost swimmer in The Hudson River. Yorktown Dive Team who was clearing a separate incident on the Hudson was also added.

Once on scene, numerous search patterns were performed by both MFVFD Dive and YVFD Dive teams in the area where witnesses last saw the swimmer.

Searches were called off due to darkness, and the scene was turned over to New York State Park Police.
