This morning at approximately 3am, the Mahopac Falls Volunteer Fire Department responded to a possible structure fire on Orchard Road in Mahopac.

Upon arrival, crews were met with a basement fire and heavy smoke throughout the home. Firefighters worked alongside our neighboring departments to quickly bring the fire under control, protect surrounding property, and ensure the scene was safe.

At tonight’s monthly meeting, we were proud to welcome our newest probationary member to the Ant Hill Mob, Luisa Breda!
