a malfunction in heating system at C & A sent Mahopac FD and the Falls FD's out on New Years' morning with full assignments. Chief Bill Bahr and Chiefs Boyle and Sacher were Incident Command. An employee who responded to the alarm call was able to open the doors once the FD arrived so the building could be aired out. Carmel Police responded with multiple units.
